INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE
This level is ideal for the most aggressive recruiter. Individuals will be identified from target companies based on the client's input with pertinent information verified including: Name, Title, Company Name, Address and Telephone Number. Clients contact those individuals that are of interest and arrange the interviews.

ADVANCED PACKAGE
This is the ideal level for recruiters that need additional information and support. The Bronze level information plus project based specifics are distilled to determine which individuals are potential candidates, based on the client's recruiting requirements versus the potential candidates skill set and interest level. Those that match are identified as candidates, with contact times for each provided.

EXECUTIVE PACKAGE
This level is designed for recruiters who only want to interview candidates that have been thoroughly developed. Each potential candidate is interviewed with questions specifically formatted for each search. The candidates that make it through this phase are then educated about the company and opportunity. Assistance is provided through each step of the interview process, making it seamless and time-effective for the recruiter. Contact times and dates are provided with follow-up on each candidate.

PLATINUM PACKAGE
This is the ultimate level which is designed for recruiters who seek the assistance of a contingency recruiting firm without the per-hire fees. Candidate from the Gold Level are given the added touch, with added support and guidance. Company information, applications and other pertinent information can be sent via overnight mail or e-mailed to every candidate. Telephone and personal interviews are arranged based on the recruiter's schedule, giving the ability to make a decision on every candidate provided. Additional support can be provided at this level for a nominal cost including reference checks, background checks, drug evaluations and criminal history screens.
